Do you provide international delivery?
Yes, we do. However, additional postal charges will be required. Please contact us if your country is not listed in our directory.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments for both local and international orders.
Locals may also opt for payment by bank transfer/deposits (throughout Brunei including Temburong) or cash upon delivery (for Brunei Muara, Belait and Tutong only).
Further instructions for payment by bank transfer and COD will be given after checkout. For payment by bank transfer and COD, you may also do it offline by simply calling us at 8902948.
Do you provide warranties on your products?
Yes we do! Generally, item(s) above SGD100 comes with a one (1) year warranty while those below SGD100 comes with five (5) months warranty.
In case of defects during warranty period, we will inspect and repair/exchange accordingly. Make sure not to damage our warranty seal!
For international customers, all you need to do is lodge a complaint along with necessary photo or video evidence and send them to email@example.com. We will bear all necessary expenses (i.e., shipping) incurred when returning the item(s).
Our warranties do not cover damages due to customers' negligence.
Do you provide support after warranty period?
Definitely! We provide spare components and repair services for our customers.
Can I physically view your products?
You may visit our cubes to view and also purchase our products. All prices (except promotional prices) will be the same as displayed on this website.
